STAND UP STRIKING & FITNESS:
Our stand up striking program classes involve an 8 point system of striking that involves the use of punches, elbows, knees and kicks along with takedown defence and basic close quarter combat self defence applications.
It is a high intensity session that will enable you to practice real MMA stand up techniques while getting a high intensity workout.
This Non Contact class is designed for all skill and fitness levels with an aim to get the best out of you. Expect great health & fitness results form our workout that will ulitize bag work, pad work, partnership techiques, plyometrics, strength & conditioning and flexibility training.
